We encourage our clients to be present with us during the home inspection to observe and ask questions. Our inspector explains any defects he observes and let's you know if these are major/minor defects. He will let you know the age of the house and the age and condition of the major installed systems and appliances. He will provide maintenance tips and advice while he conducts the inspection so you will know how to take care of your new home properly.
We follow up the home inspection with a custom, narrative style report specifically written for your property. We do not use generic, computer generated form letters or simple check lists. Every home is different and all of our custom reports are unique.
